Misadventure Gear will repair or replace (at our discretion) our products at no cost should it EVER fail, whether or not you are the original purchaser, and whether or not you have a receipt. Shipping costs to us will be paid by the customer, and return costs will be paid by us. As we are not responsible for items lost during shipment, you should send the package fully insured and trackable. We shall return the product by priority mail, insured.

We are committed to maintaining our quality reputation and will do everything possible to make your purchase from us easy and enjoyable. If you return a product for repair or replacement, you may be asked to complete a product evaluation form which will be used to assist us in improving the quality of our products. Information gathered from evaluations, including customer lists and contact information shall be considered confidential and will never be shared with or sold to outside parties.
